If you’re looking for a mud treatment check this out. This is suppose to be “the world’s most scientifically advanced”~ I know, that’s a bold claim. But now is your chance to test it out to see if it’s true with this free sample of Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment. You’ll get a small tear off packet, but not much since it’s a fairly expensive product, about 2.1ml or 0.07oz of product. It’s enough for one full mask or some spot treatments.
Sometimes, before I try a skin care product out, I like to read a few reviews online about the Glamglow Supermud just to be safe. Well, there are a lot of reviews and many of them are really enthusiastically positive. That’s usually a good sign for me that the product will be safe to use. I have really sensitive skin and react very easily so I like to be on the safe side. So, when I got my sample I was confident I wasn’t going to have any problems.
The day I got my sample, I used it that evening just before bed. I found the texture of the mud to be interesting with little beads and chunks of stuff and the smell was bearable with a fresh scent. When I pulled the mask off it was fun to see all the bad stuff (I hope, lol) being pulled away from my skin, especially the blackheads around my nose. It seemed to do a good job with exfoliating. I haven’t exfoliated in a few weeks so there may have been a large build-up. Afterwards, my skin did look a little brighter and definitely more soft. But the big thing was that I didn’t breakout so, yay! Supermud did piqued my interest with the junk it removed, it looked like the most I’d ever seen.
So, after trying my free sample of Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment would I try it again? Yes, definitely. I do like my exfoliates. But a better question would be, “would you buy Glam Glow Super Mud?”. And I’d probably have to say “no” after seeing how much the full size 1.2 oz jar going for $70. My experience didn’t feel “super” enough.

Summary
It's been a while since I've actually used a mud mask so I was excited to try this Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment. I have sensitive dry skin at the moment and need something that won't irritate my skin. But, I used the sample and didn't have any problems- and now I'm a fan. I feel that it helps clear pores without drying your skin. If you're middle aged and looking for a mud mask to use every once in a while this is a solid product to use, but not a miracle worker - but nice! Unfortunately, the price is a bit off-putting.
