I think you’ll be excited about this one, especially if you have problematic skin (like me), it’s a free sample jar of Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and contains 13g or .45oz. And yes! It’s the same stuff that Oprah Winfrey was or should I say, is excited about.
I know many people swear by Dermalogica products and very few people have anything negative to say about them. I’ll be honest, I haven’t tried too many of their products and I’m not sure why… especially with the fact that my skin is sensitive and on occasion I do break out. I guess I’ve focused more on the other things like diet, sleep, and stress to minimize breakouts. But a daily exfoliant would seem logical and a good idea to add into my routine.
Anyways, I got this sample of Daily Microfoliant and started using it every night for a whole week… almost, until it ran out. Basically all you need to do is add a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of the powder to water and mix it into a foam. Then clean your face and your neck area thoroughly. Rinse and then your done!
At first, I was surprised that it was a powder in the jar, I was expecting something more liquid with little chunks of stone, lol. But the powder idea seems to be a better idea because you can control how liquid the resulting solution will be. The whole process was quite painless.
The results were quite impressive for just a single week use. Most importantly, it didn’t irritate my skin like many other exfoliant scrubs. My skin felt definitely more smooth and brighter. It evened out the redness. And the blackheads I had around and on my nose were less noticeable. I really think this is a winner!
I highly recommend that if you have sensitive skin and looking for a good exfoliant, then this is it. My free sample of Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant was way better then I had imagined.

This product is really great. It is one of the better exfoliants that did not cause my skin to break out. It is very gentle. Due to the price, it might be worthwile to only use it once or twice a week when your skin looks a little dull.

This is a great product. I was initially disappointed that the ‘grains’ were so insignificant soft looking and thought they won’t do a good job, but though they were gentle, they scrub the skin so beautifully, thorough, but without that hard abrasive feeling.

A couple of days of initial use, my skin has become more irritated, itchy, very dry and flaky. I have stopped using it. I’ve never had this happen before.
I used this product and I loved it, seriously. It’s foamy and soft on my skin.
I don’t know what it is, but it seemed to massively dried out my face. I tried it few a few days and it just got worse. Won’t be using again.

definitely suitable for pretty much every skin type. the packaging isn’t the greatest with that spout but i guess you can’t get moisture in the jar as easily or else it will be ruined.
I love this little sample, it’s perfect for traveling. Great exfoliant for anyone who is very sensitive and who have problems finding an exfoliant their skin can tolerate.
