Do you have those scary giant pores that need to be concealed? Well, you might want to try out this free sample of Benefit Porefessional Deluxe. Yes, this is the deluxe sample version where you get a very generous 0.25 fl oz of product. And for those of you wondering, yes this is a primer to clean that slate, I mean face, lol.
First of all, this is not a miracle solution for your face. It does a really good job of concealing large pores but isn’t perfect. What is, right? There probably isn’t anything out there that will completely remove any sort of evidence of pores except for a Halloween mask, lol.
What you will find with Benefit Porefessional is a lovely smooth consistency primer makeup that when applied will glide on smoothly and definitely diminish the look of your pores. But that’s basically all it really does. You can’t really use it as a primer as your makeup will not hold well. And another unfortunate point is that it’s not a long lasting primer. I’d say you could get maybe four hours tops.
Depending on your skin type, you might actually have more success with this. My skin is oily so that might be the reason why it does hold well, but if you have dry skin this might be the one for you. I have a friend who uses Porefessional all the time and she swears by it, but she does have really dry skin. She says that powder foundation does not work for her because it doesn’t go well, but if she uses this first, it makes the powder just glide on and most importantly stay on. The only part she says that she hates is the fact that it can be so expensive. A full size 0.75 fl oz tube can cost $30 to $40.
