I picked this up for my man and he loved it. I picked it up cause of reviews stating it was similar to one of his favorites, Nautica Longitude. It smells like it but not exactly the same. It’s fresh I would say it’s more like cool water but without the cinnamon. It’s by Montblanc so the silage and longevity I expected is there.
The interesting aspect of this fragrance is the sweet, grass, and floral scents. The oxygen accord and the super-soft watery bamboo in the middle where this fragrance washes away the mediocrity of the zesty opening. It’s a nice opening but nothing memorable. The middle is where this fragrance really impresses. Like something under the surface of slowly moving water.
With my nose an inch away from the recently sprayed area I get an image of a bamboo field in ankle deep clear water in the cold of the morning. It then turns into a nice soft cologne that will turn any man into a distinguished gentleman. If your man doesn’t like wearing Presence Cool, then he probably shouldn’t be wearing cologne in the first place, he should stick to deodorant…
Overall, I really liked this free sample of Mont Blanc Presence Cool and recommend it to any man especially the outdoorsy kind.
