Jamberry Nail Wraps Free Sample

Looking for an alternative to going for an expensive professional manicure, well, I might have just the thing for you. It’s a free sample of Jamberry Nail Wraps ( or sometimes called nail shields). You get a strip with 5 different patterns to apply. Cut them in half and you have enough for all 10 finger nails, yay!

Just to warn you, some of the patterns are a little wild but if that’s you, than this will be a real treat for you. Some designs are simple flat colors, some are leopard skin, and others can be patriotic with the USA flag. If you like to get people’s attention, this will definitely get it. Usually, if you want a fancy nail design done by a professional manicurist, you can expect to pay big bucks. Jamberry Nail wraps helps to eliminate having to spend so much money.

The application of the wraps can be a little tough, you need to remove the “stickers” heat it up and then apply it to nail ever so carefully and then reapply heat again. While also making sure it’s not touching any skin or cuticle and no bubbles underneath sticker. Hopefully you won’t mess it up like I did. You can also watch some videos on the proper application process (which I should have done, lol).

One good thing about Jamberry Nail Shields is that you don’t have to worry any toxic fumes or ingredients (maybe just to glue?). I know that for myself, when using nail polish, the smell usually drives me nuts and I end up doing a bad job applying the polish because I’m just trying to hurry so I don’t have to smell the polish anymore.

And if you’re wondering about how long the wraps will last, well, the company says that it can last up to 2 weeks but for me it was less than that. I’d say I first noticed it peeling at about day 5 and I ended up removing them the day after. Which really isn’t too bad. I wash dishes by hand and cook on the stove and I don’t wear gloves so I wouldn’t expect them to stay on long. I’d imagine if I didn’t do those things, then they’d probably last fairly close to the 2 week mark.

Overall, I enjoyed my free sample of Jamberry Nail Wraps even though they didn’t last as long as they were suppose to. They were fun to wear and I did get a few compliments. I’d recommend them to anyone who likes to fancy up their nails and give them a try.
